How to Choose the Right Wedding Flowers
Start with the feeling you want the room to have, not with a flower list.
Most couples begin with a flower. We suggest beginning with a feeling.
Before any variety is chosen, we ask three questions: how should the space feel when guests walk in, what time of day will the ceremony happen, and what will people remember a year later. The answers narrow the palette faster than any inspiration board.
**Work with the light.** A midday garden ceremony and a candlelit evening reception need entirely different florals, even at the same wedding. Ivory reads luminous in daylight and warm at night; deeper tones disappear after sunset.
**Let the venue lead.** A room with architecture of its own needs less. A blank space needs a gesture — an arch, a canopy, a single long table.
**Choose fewer things, done properly.** One considered installation will always outperform florals scattered thinly across every surface.
